Products are serviced free of charge within a year. If there are any changes in your weight, we are happy to adjust the items. However, please note that the range of adjustments is within +/- 5kg; in such cases, we can make alterations without affecting the fit.
We produce our items at one of the finest European factories located in the Czech Republic. To give you an idea of the production standards, this factory manufactures ready-to-wear collections for the Burberry brand.
The algorithm is as follows: if the ordered fabric is in stock at the factory, production begins the day after the order is paid for. If the fabric is not in stock, the factory purchases it, for instance, from Loro Piana, and waits for it to arrive, which typically takes from 3 to 7 days. Then the production process of the item itself takes from 3 to 4 weeks. Afterward, the suit is dispatched, and it usually takes 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
